 Jennifer Triplett graduated from Salisbury State University with a B.A., Advertising Design, degree  and worked as a Multimedia Designer for 12 years.

A Quick Look

From Technical Illustrator drawing schematic diagrams to Multimedia Producer the owner has worked the gamut of the marketing design trade, including Interface Design and Development. In addition to Graphic Design and Multimedia productions such as books and website, she was also involved in Proposal Development supporting the writing of Scopes and Budgets for providing support to on-going Government Contracts, along with Technical Writing. She has been trained in Proposal Presentations, Multimedia/Director, Project Management,Video Production and Intranet/Internet-based applications.

Prior Professional Experience

15 years in developing Marketing Media. 12 years at Parsons Brinckerhoff Farradyne. National Automated Highway Demonstration; 100′ x 40′ consortium exhibit designer. MD CHART SHA outreach kiosk design and production, I-95 Corridor Coalition Outreach multimedia CDs. Tradeshow exhibits, Printed Brochures/Books, Proposals, Interactive Media, and technical software support. Website and software interface design, interactive/dynamic media, publications, graphic design, technical illustrations, proposal presentations. Training: project management training, video and sound editing (4D-Colorado), Adobe (Macromedia) Director, Flash, Dreamweaver (California), proposal presentation development PB – New York.

Janet Roessler, B.S.

Partner, Director Social Media Marketing

Janet Roessler has extensive small business experience as an entrepreneur, and as an employee. She earned a B.S. from Towson University, and has worked as an events coordinator and Social media, and PR support for several local businesses and non-profits including As Kindred Spirits, Cohl Chiropractic, Restore Rock Creek, and the Annapolis Film Festival. Janet has the unique ability to connect people to their needed resources.

Customer service, creative engagement, and the opportunity to learn are all very important to me.

A Quick Look – Prior Professional Experience

Janet’s work experience has focused on small business, both as an entrepreneur, and as an employee and volunteer with local small business and non-profits. She has owned and operated sever successful small businesses so she can very much appreciate the demands and challenges, including creatively stretching limited marketing budgets.

As Kindred Spirits

As Kindred Spirits, a beloved, regional craft gallery, Janet started as a part-time sales associate working her way to store manager, then as their PR-Social Media-Events Coordinator. When presented with an extremely limited marketing budget,she created a consortium of local businesses to create a series of well received local events that both gave back to surrounding charities like the Lighthouse Shelter, and the South River Federation, and increased visibility.

Janet did everything from purchasing to product display, repairs,in store sales, special orders, website maintenance, marketing via community and store based events, & social media marketing, to creating some of the systems for tracking, and training.

DIVA Days Women’s Expo Creator

The 1st ever Annapolis based Women’s Expo featuring various Trainers, Therapists, Artists, & Performers. The Merchant Association we built came together to celebrate & support women in the Annapolis area. All money’s raised were donated to the YWCA of Anne Arundel County. Thanks to ATC sponsors: Chop House Restaurant, Paladar Latin Kitchen, and the Annapolis Towne Centre

The Taste of the Towne Centre and Fashion Show

Seeking a more affordable way to support the very worthy local charity the Annapolis Lighthouse Homeless Prevention Center http://www.annapolislighthouse.org/ & to find a way to showcase the Towne Centre businesses to the local community.
Janet conceived of this event in which the fashion retailers, restaurants, and other merchants donate time, tastings, silent auction items, as well as show the seasons new fashions. To keep the costs down, 100% of items and time are donated, so that 100% raised goes directly to the charity. This event is still being produced as of 2017, Janet is very proud to have this as a part of her legacy at the Annapolis Towne Centre.
